The volunteers that serve on the various boards and commissions for the City of Guttenberg are dedicated to improving the community. We occasionally have vacancies on the boards and commissions. Please contact City Office if you are interested in serving.
The Park Board consists of five (5) members that serve staggered four (4) year terms. They are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.
Cemetery Board has six (6) members that serve three (3) year staggered terms. They are appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council. The Cemetery Board also appoints a representative from Jefferson Twp.
Library Board has five (5) members that serve six (6) year staggered terms. Four (4) members are appointed by Mayor and approved by City Council. One (1) member is approved by the Clayton County Board of Supervisors.
